This company does not answer emails. Interesting that every negative review on here gets an automatic reply robot of either Kimberly or Lauren. Seems little point in responding when they don't even answer the one they give you when you report a claim.

Recently insured with them. Had a NO Fault claim and still waiting for repairs. They insist on own repairer or will charge ME £200.
Awful srvice

More Than advised I qualified for a courtesy car from Enterprise. When Enterprise rang, I had to relay all the incident details again, at which point they said I could not have a car. I sent More Than an email 31st January, as of today, 7th February, still no reply.

I received my buildings and contents insurance renewal with the renewal price coming in at £1014 if I paid by monthly direct debit.
I live in a detached bungalow not a country mansion.

I have never claimed off any home insurance in the 32 years I've had insurance.

I was able to obtain better cover which included accidental damage for both buildings and contents through Aviva with the RAC for £371
In this case "More Than" definitely relates to the price.

DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They sucked the life out of me and I had no positive relationship with the company. My insurance was 3100 WITH a back box. I ended up needing about another 2000 miles and the charge for driving your own car that you’ve worked very hard for is absolutely ridiculous. I CANT STESS IT ENOUGH FOR YOUNG DRIVERS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I wish I would have paid 4000 with a different company and wouldn’t have got a black box considering the amount of stress it has put on me.

Please don’t give this company any business as they are pony and once you are insured by them it literally feels like you’re stuck in a bear trap and can’t escape.

PLEASE NEW DRIVERS IF YOUR LOOKING FOR CHEAP INSURANCE. PLEASE DONT GET A BLACK BOX AS IVE HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WOULD MUCH HAD RATHER PAY AN EXTRA 1000 TO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY DRIVING, MY MILES AND MY MENTEL HEALTH.

Awful car insurance company left my car handled with fix auto after incident. Have not and still have not received a courtesy or rental car after 3 weeks. Spent every single day chasing the insurers up since the incident, my car is still not in a garage nor have I received my rental

Hi. Yes, I have renewed my Ford Kuga insurance with you for the next 12 months. The renewal was easy and informative to use however the final quote of £45 per month is expensive compared with the quotes I have received from onthemarket, go compare and confused web sites. I chose to stay with you because I've heard that in the unlikely event of having to make a claim with you, you are quick to settle the costs. I have another car a Vauxhall Twin-Top insured with you and that renewal is due in June. Let's see if that quote is more competitive with your competition. Look forward to hearing from you soon.
